Scaffolding

While working at heights we use appropriate scaffolding:

  • Scaffolding must be stuck tightly, and they must be able to bear 4 times the combined weight of the men and the materials they will work on.
  • Scaffolding wood panels shall be at least 10 inches wide and 2 inches thick, and external supports shall not exceed more than 12 inches and be no less than 6 inches.
  • Barriers and panels shall be provided on all Scaffolding of 2 meters or more in height.
  • Maintaining high technical standards by employing skilled and qualified technical cadres, and training them in effective performance.
  • Training employees on firefighting, first aid, use of personal protective equipment, safe handling of chemicals, and effective implementation of the on-site emergency plan.

  • Accident prevention: We will strive to identify and assess risks in all of our activities, and taking action to mitigate any high-risk conditions.
  • Resource protection: We will strive to reduce our consumption of natural resources through the cost-effective use of recycled and reused materials, energy and water conservation.
  • Pollution prevention: We will firstly strive to avoid causing pollution and waste from our projects and operations in a cost-effective manner, and second, to manage residual waste through safe and responsible methods.
  • Hazardous and toxic substances: We will be careful when using hazardous materials, and avoid using toxic materials if we cannot properly assess their human or environmental risks.
  • Contacts: We will deliver this policy to all employees, making it available to everyone, and establishing procedures for receiving and responding to workforce inquiries in all areas of our work.

Liability: Adherence to policies is mandatory for all our work. The strategy will be applied globally to all projects assigned to us, and our policy includes the following:

  • Business principles and codes of conduct.
  • Commitment to sustainable development and health, safety and environment policy.
  • Drug or alcohol abuse
  • Company security policy.
  • Workplace policy.
  • Emergency evacuation procedures.
  • The Annual Safety Review will monitor the effectiveness of the Company’s policy, to ensure that the general policies and procedures described herein are implemented and maintained.
